Yesterday we had an orange cake to celebrate
another girl turning 6. Happy Birthday.

Who is going to be 6 next? A boy or a girl?

Fun with Smarties leads to number stories

What can we do with a box of 'Smarties'?
Sort them!

Then we can count them!

After counting, add the sets together.

After all the hard work we can do the inevitable - we can eat them!

It was all fun and games. Now we can do all these sums!

What is happening?

Ted was on a Craft Mission

After school on Friday we drew the plans for our castle.
As you can see Ted is an applied student.



On Saturday and Sunday we rolled up our sleeves to work.
We used, newspaper, card and glue and with Ted's help we
built a castle fit for princes and princesses.
